Pipette operation
A. Set the range*The display window of the handle can clearly display the pipette amount. The amount of pipette is set by turning the operating button clockwiseor counterclockwise (only for adjustable pipettes)." When setting the range, please note: Rotate to the desired range, The numbers are cdlearly displayed in the display window, The measuring rangeiswithin the range of pipette. Do not screw the button out of range,Otherwise it will jam the mechanism and damage the pipette.
B. Pipetting technique
Forward pipetting:
Make sure the pipette tip is tightly attached to the tip nozze connection. Move the push button slowly and evenly for optimal pipetting especialy when
transferring viscous liquids.
Keep the pipette vertical when aspirating.At the same time, ensure that the specimen liquid and solution tank are clean, and the pipette, tip, and liquid
temperature are the same.
1) Press the push button to the first stop point.2) Plunge the suction head into the liquid level 2-3 mm, genty release the operation button (back to the origin). Carefuly lift the tip away fromthe liquid level and place it on the container wall to remove excess liquid.
3)Tap the button to the first stop point, and the liquid wil be discharged. Pause fora momentand continueto pres the operation button to the secondstop point (i.e. blow out). This step will empty the tip and ensure accurate fluid transfer.4) Release the button and return to the starting point.
3. Storage
*If the pipette is not in use, it is recommended to hang it vertically on the pipette rack.
